The Banya is a luxurious stand–alone suite for up to two guests. Enjoy its discreet verandah, seclusion and unimpeded views of the Southern Alps and Lake Wanaka.

Completely separate from the main residence, The Banya is ideal as a romantic retreat, honeymoon, luxury escape or staff quarters. Its outlook captures the essence of raw, alpine landscapes, light and lake. Architecturally designed, using organic material such as schist and timber, The Banya has a spacious open plan bedroom and living space, with kitchenette facilities, and a separate elegant bathroom.

Mini-fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave and coffee machine for simple conveniences.

The Banya is also available to be rented on its own.  Bookings for The Banya open only 4 weeks in advance of the date, and are availability dependent.

Accommodation options are on an exclusive basis always. The Banya is offered to guests of The Dacha as an addition. Regardless of its use, guests renting The Dacha will always have exclusive private use of the property and its entire grounds. The Banya would never be occupied by a separate party during your stay.
